1. Drip 4 drops of STINGRAY anti-fog tactical solution (2 in each lens of your goggles).
2. Spread the drops with your finger all over the lenses.
3. Wipe the lenses dry with the microfiber cloth provided, until all traces of liquid disappear. 
4. You're all set. Use your goggles as  you normally do.
5. Repeat the process as needed.
6. Wash microfiber cloth after intensive use.
